1. Acceptance

The use of the website https://kleff.es and the services offered by KLEFF (events, board game library, communities, reservations, etc.) implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Legal Notice and the Privacy Policy.

2. Services

KLEFF organizes community activities around board games: game nights, tournaments, thematic communities, special events, and, where applicable, game rentals. The details, schedules, and conditions of each activity are published on the website and/or on KLEFF's official channels.

3. Registration and user account

Some functionalities require registration. The user agrees to provide truthful data and to maintain the confidentiality of their credentials. KLEFF may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or make fraudulent use.

4. Rules of coexistence

KLEFF is an inclusive, multilingual, and respectful community. Discriminatory, violent, or rights-infringing behavior will not be tolerated. Non-compliance may result in expulsion from the venue and/or account cancellation.

5. Reservations and game rentals

When an activity or service requires a reservation (for example, renting a game), the specific conditions indicated on its page and/or in the reservation confirmation will apply. The user is responsible for the care and return of the material in the same condition as it was delivered.

6. Prices and consumption

Participation in many activities is free with a minimum consumption at the collaborating venue, as indicated for each activity. Prices and conditions may vary and will always be published in advance.

7. Intellectual property

The content of the website belongs to its respective owners. The user may not reproduce, distribute, or transform said content without express authorization.

8. Limitation of liability

KLEFF is not responsible for damages derived from improper use of the site or services, nor for content published by third parties. Participation in in-person activities is at the attendee's responsibility, without prejudice to KLEFF's diligence in organizing.

9. Modifications

KLEFF may update these Terms to adapt them to legislative changes or activity changes. The date of the last update will be published in the header.

10. Legislation and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. The parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona, unless applicable regulations provide otherwise.
