3 new games from Lúdilo Juegos that you can't miss
We have added three new releases from the publisher Lúdilo to our game library: Grab the Mic, Mamá Mono Mango, and Dokito. They are family games, accessible to all kinds of gamers, and the kind that shine at any table: they take a minute to explain and spark laughter from the very first turn.
Who is Lúdilo and why we like them
Lúdilo is a publisher based in Paterna (Valencia), with a team boasting over twenty years of experience in the sector. Their philosophy is simple: the best moments happen around a table. That is why they focus on games that are easy to bring to the table, quick to understand, and designed for both kids and adults to have a great time.
And the goal, above all, is to have fun. We already have several of their titles in our game library and we bring them out often: Taco Gato Cabra Queso Pizza, Código 5, Sospechosos Inusuales or Garabato Exprés both during weekly game nights and special activities. All of them are games with simple rules that you learn as you play and that work just as well with friends, family, or people you've just met.

Grab the Mic: the karaoke for those who can't sing
Grab the Mic is a musical party game. A card with a word is flipped over and everyone races to grab the foam microphone to sing a snippet of a song that contains it. It rewards quickness, musical memory, and above all, a willingness to playfully make a fool of yourself. It supports 2 to 10 players and is suitable for ages 8 and up, making it great for large and mixed groups.
If you like it, also try: Hitster, for the musical component, and Anomia, for the fast-paced word reaction dynamic.
Mamá Mono Mango: Petit Bac with humor
Mamá Mono Mango is a modern, cheeky take on the classic category word game (the good old Scattergories). A 20-sided die is rolled to get the letter for the round, and everyone has two minutes to write down an answer per category, always starting with that letter. Then they are read aloud, defended, and the group votes on whether they count. It's a game for 2 to 8 people, lasting about 30 minutes, where arguing over whose answer is wittier is all part of the fun.
If you like it, also try: Scattergories and Tutti Frutti (Petit Bac), its closest relatives.

Dokito: sweet trick-taking with ice cream
Dokito is a light trick-taking card game for 2 to 5 players, lasting 15 to 30 minutes. You visit a famous ice cream shop hungry to eat, but with a strict rule: if you go over three scoops, your order is canceled. You have to win tricks to get ice cream without going over the line, and the tension of knowing when to stop is what hooks you. You win by reaching 10 happiness points.
If you like it, also try: Cat in the Box, Point Salad, and Fabled Fruit, other light and fast card games.

How they fit into our game nights
Grab the Mic and Mamá Mono Mango have already started hitting the table in our Slow Friending Lúdico activities, because they are two very casual games that effortlessly break the ice. Grab the Mic even lends itself to a dedicated karaoke event, while Mamá Mono Mango puts your vocabulary to the test and works perfectly for practicing languages with people from different countries.
Dokito is a simple game that serves as a great opener for the night while people are still arriving at the event, or as a closer to say goodbye with one last match. Plus, its kawaii and fun aesthetics are a treat for the eyes.
If you want to try them out, drop by our game nights or take a look at everything we have in the KLEFF game library. Surely one of them will end up on your table.
